CenoBots · Heavy-Duty Industrial Floor Scrubber

L50 — Built for the Big Floors

The CenoBots L50 is a heavy-duty industrial robot floor scrubber built for warehouses, logistics centres, and large commercial spaces. A 120 Ah battery, 55 L solution tank, and 2,203 m²/h throughput let it hold a full cleaning shift without babysitting.

Why L50

Six-hour runtime and a 55L tank for warehouse-scale floors.

Up to 6 Hours of Runtime

A 120 Ah battery pack delivers a maximum running time of six hours, so the L50 covers warehouse-scale floor areas across a full shift rather than stopping mid-task to recharge.

2,203 m²/h Throughput

A 510 mm cleaning width, 740 mm squeegee, 25 kg brush pressure, and 1.2 m/s top speed combine for up to 2,203 m² (23,713 ft²) of scrubbing per hour on open industrial floors.

55L Solution Tank

A large 55 L solution tank extends the interval between refills, matching the L50's runtime so water capacity isn't the limit on how much floor it can cover.

Glass & Protruding Object Detection

Multi-sensor fusion detects glass doors and walls that defeat 2D LiDAR, while 3D LiDAR with point-cloud neural networks recognises protruding objects across different heights. Detection range reaches 150 m (492 ft).

Edge Cleaning Under 5cm

Advanced localisation reduces sensor noise and improves positioning accuracy, letting the L50 scrub to less than 5 cm from walls and edges instead of leaving a manual mop-up strip.

Automatic Map Updating

Backed by a large AI model with 10 billion parameters, the L50 detects changes to its environment in real time and updates its map on its own — no technician re-mapping when racking or layouts move.

Mobile App Fleet Management

Track the robot's movement and live location, plan cleaning routes, review performance data, and receive completion alerts from a mobile device. Intelligent troubleshooting and over-the-air updates are built in.

Sustainable by Design

Automatic flow control saves water and detergent across every cycle, cutting consumable cost and environmental impact while holding cleaning quality steady.

Where L50 Works

Proven across these industries — talk to us about yours.

Warehouses & Logistics

Distribution centres and fulfilment floors where six hours of runtime and 2,203 m²/h throughput cover ground that smaller scrubbers cannot finish in a shift.

Manufacturing & Industrial

Production floors and plant walkways that need heavy-duty wet scrubbing with 25 kg of brush pressure on stubborn ground-in soil.

Large Retail & Supermarkets

Big-box stores and supermarket floors cleaned overnight or during trade, with glass detection for shopfronts and entry walls.

Airports & Exhibition Halls

Wide open hard floors with changing layouts — automatic map updating means the L50 adapts without a re-mapping visit.

About CenoBots

CenoBots is a leading international robotics company specialising in the cleaning industry, with subsidiaries in Singapore, the USA, the Netherlands, and China. The company builds intelligent, reliable, hassle-free cleaning robots that are now deployed across more than 30 countries worldwide.

Why CenoBots

CenoBots builds to a simple principle — "Clean Like a Pro". Every robot pairs an NVIDIA AI computing platform with 3D LiDAR and multi-sensor fusion, so it can detect glass doors, protruding objects, cables, and moving forklifts that defeat conventional 2D-LiDAR machines. Automatic map updating means the robot re-learns a changed floor plan on its own, without a technician re-mapping the site. Advanced localisation lets the scrubbers clean to within a few centimetres of walls, and AI spot-cleaning targets only the areas that are actually dirty — lifting effective throughput dramatically while cutting water, detergent, and power use. The range spans compact scrubbers for hospitals and schools, heavy-duty scrubbers for warehouses, an industrial sweeper for factories, and the SP50 AI spot-cleaning vacuum.

FAQs

Common questions about the L50 from Australian operators.

How long can the L50 run on a charge?

Up to six hours from its 120 Ah battery — enough for a full cleaning shift across warehouse-scale floor areas.

Will it see glass doors and walls?

Yes. Conventional 2D LiDAR cannot reliably detect transparent surfaces and cameras can be fooled by reflections. The L50 uses multi-sensor fusion specifically to detect glass and navigate around it safely.

What happens when the warehouse layout changes?

The L50 detects environmental changes in real time using 3D LiDAR and perception algorithms, then updates its map automatically without human assistance.

Is the L50 suitable for occupied spaces?

Yes. Its 150 m detection range, glass detection, and protruding-object recognition are designed for safe operation in busy commercial and industrial environments.
