Two-Metre Working Height

The robot operates at heights up to 2 metres (6.6 ft) with a payload of up to 14 kg, letting it interact directly with high-rack storage rather than being limited to floor-level work.

Omnidirectional Chassis

A fully omnidirectional chassis provides 360-degree movement at up to 2 m/s, staying stable on slopes up to 10 degrees — combining humanoid dexterity with practical mobility.

360° Environmental Awareness

Dual front-and-rear LiDAR systems and a comprehensive perception stack keep the D7 aware of its surroundings for reliable operation in complex, changeable factory settings.

Autonomous Battery Swapping

The D7 swaps its own battery, enabling genuine 24/7 operation without human intervention — the practical difference between a demonstration platform and a production asset.

Unified Action Framework

Navigation, grasping, and dynamic adjustment are coordinated in a single framework, so the robot moves to a target, plans a grasp, and adapts mid-task as one continuous behaviour.

30 Degrees of Freedom

The platform provides 30 degrees of freedom, expanding to 50 with dexterous hand attachments, and a bionic arm reaching 65 cm with end-point precision of 0.1 mm.

Warehouse Intralogistics

Material handling and shelf picking at heights up to 2 m, working racking that floor-level AMRs cannot reach.
