Pudu Robotics · Industrial Delivery AMR
T300 — Heavy Loads, Narrow Aisles
The PUDU T300 is an industrial transport AMR built around a high-strength load-bearing chassis, carrying up to 300 kg through 60 cm path clearance. Auto-delivery, follow, and power-assist modes let it switch between full autonomy and hand-pushed operation.

Why PUDU T300
300kg through 60cm aisles, with auto, follow, and power-assist modes.
300kg on a High-Strength Chassis
A load-bearing chassis carries up to 300 kg with strong openness and scalability, supported by extensive hardware and software interfaces for integration with enterprise systems and secondary development.
Three Operating Modes
Auto-delivery navigates autonomously to any designated destination. Follow mode uses visual recognition for orderly queuing between multiple robots. Power-assist provides electric assistance for hand-pushing when manual intervention or mapping is needed.
60cm Path Clearance
Exceptional 60 cm clearance gives agile manoeuvrability in narrow, human-robot cohabited spaces, while 20 mm threshold and 35 mm groove capability handle real factory floor transitions.
Attachment Modes
Standard, Shelf, Lifting, and Towing modes adapt the same chassis to different jobs, significantly extending what one platform can do and simplifying fleet standardisation.
ISO 3691-4 Safety Compliance
LiDAR sensors, depth cameras, collision protection sensors, and emergency stop buttons combine to identify low-lying and suspended obstacles and recognise yellow safety lines on the floor, meeting factory safety management requirements.
PUDU VSLAM+ Adaptability
The robot adapts quickly to changes in production layout without time-consuming reconfiguration or facility remodelling, so line changes do not mean re-commissioning.
24/7 Operation
12 hours no-load or 8 hours full-load runtime with 2-hour fast charging, plus both automatic recharging and easy battery swapping, keep the T300 available around the clock.
Multimodal Interaction
High-brightness operation indicator lights show the robot's position, traffic-signal light design communicates driving intentions, customisable buttons organise collaboration, and audible alerts provide effective reminders.

Where PUDU T300 Works
Proven across these industries — talk to us about yours.
Manufacturing & Assembly
Precise material transport between production lines, with map changes handled quickly when the line layout moves.
Warehousing & Distribution
Heavy pallet-free loads up to 300 kg moved through 60 cm aisles, with towing and shelf attachments extending the platform.
Multi-Floor Facilities
Elevator and e-gate control let the T300 move goods between levels and secure zones without staff escorting it.
Mixed Human-Robot Workspaces
Shared floors where yellow-line recognition, traffic-signal lighting, and ISO 3691-4 compliance keep autonomous transport safe around people.
About Pudu Robotics

FAQs
Common questions about the PUDU T300 from Australian operators.
How much can the T300 carry?
Up to 300 kg (661 lbs) on a high-strength load-bearing chassis, with 12 hours of no-load runtime or 8 hours at full load.
Can staff push it manually when needed?
Yes. Power-assist mode provides an electric assist for hand-pushing operations, which is useful for one-off tasks and during map generation.
Does it handle factory floor transitions?
It clears 20 mm thresholds and crosses 35 mm grooves, and is designed to meet elevator control requirements for multi-floor sites.
What attachments are available?
Standard, Shelf, Lifting, and Towing modes, plus a Lifting variant with a 60 mm lift, so one chassis covers several material-handling jobs.
